They are young and passionate! Ready to take the music industry by storm and leave their mark in the world. Sovereign, otherwise known as the Cute Boys Association is a boy band based in Eldoret with four members who recently dropped a banger that has caused a buzz in town. The band came together some time last year and is managed by The Reverend Dad a gospel minister and founder of The Noah Initiative a program that seeks to mold youth in the society. The band has since released three songs which can all be found on their YouTube channel Sovereign Band.
Just less than a week after releasing their new song the band landed a major one year ambassardoship deal with Mwangiz Beauty Parlor.

While being interviewed on phone, the bands manager stated that this was a major move for the group seeing that it is their first commercial endorsment. He pointed out that this approach is relatively new in town and that local artists and growing brands should consider collaborations as it is a great way to cross networks. He further urged artists to work on their distinguishing artistic traits and unique qualities in order to make exceptional masterpieces.
Though the pandemic disrupted most of their plans the boy band still holds that this is the year they go big. They promise to release two more songs by the end of the year and plans are underway for their first international tour.
All the best Sovereign, y’all have a bright future ahead?
