Clever entrepreneurs in Eldoret have come up with an innovative service-based app known as Mama Fua, and as the name suggests this app is meant to hail cleaning services of ‘Mama Fua’. The concept is similar to the one on popular apps in Eldoret such as Wasili, Glovo, Jumia Food and many others.
I came to learn about this app via a call out poster for partners who wish to work with Mama Fua as service providers (mama fua) and earn income via the app.
The Mama Fua app for customers does not seems to be live at this time however seeing that the recruitment for service providers is underway the app should be up and running any time.
To become a service provider on Mama Fua, you need to show up at Rupaz Mall Fun and Fitness center between 15th and 17th September.
Qualifications
You will be required to be available for training. Possess good communication skills both in English and Swahili. Have a smart phone. Familiar with laundry ethics (I don’t know what these are, attend training to find out) Carry a copy of your original ID.
Me thinks
I have not been able to experience the Mama Fua app but I think the idea is brilliant especially because of the security features, ratings, recommendations and many other factors that would help in selecting the best Mama Fua for your home.
