Highlands mall has finally opened its doors and is now home to one of the major supermarket chains in Eldoret, Chandarana Foodplus, and other major retailers currently setting up. Highlands Mall is conveniently located along Uganda road opposite the western main stage just before the National petrol station if you’re not familiar with the location.
Highlands Mall is single-storied and strategically positioned to serve the western part of Eldoret Town, i.e., West Indies and beyond.
The mall is located right next to the highway making access easy for walk-ins. It also has a huge parking area to accommodate over 150 vehicles at a time. It has employed a simple design that allows for the free flow of both light and air. Notice the wide windows and the open roof to allow natural light.
The mall is currently 50% occupied, with most shops on the ground floor already booked. But, for those wishing to take up space at the mall, the spaces left on the ground floor go for 250Per Square Foot, and the ones on the first floor go for 200 Per Square Foot.
Other stores that are set up at Highlands Mall are Bata, Healthy U, Safaricom, Monarch Insurance, and others are currently setting up.
Highlands Mall is a great addition to the real estate space of Eldoret town as it helps to decongest the CBD and also provides a one-stop shopping experience to its clientele.
