Ingredients For The Whisky Sour
- Whisky 60ml
- Ice cubes
- Lemon juice 30ml, freshly squeezed
- Sugar syrup 30ml— If you don’t have sugar syrup you can easily make it by mixing equal parts water and white sugar and bringing it to a boil then letting it cool. For example, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. If you fancy a caramel-like syrup, swap white sugar with brown.
- Angostura bitters
- Orange wedge for garnishing
Directions

In a shaker add ice, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and whisky then shake and pour the mixture into a whisky glass.
Add a dash of Angostura bitters and garnish with a lemon wedge. Simple as that, your whisky sour is ready.
